Charlene Gayle McKinnies

Charlene Gayle McKinnies, 51, Route 1, Broughton, died May 17, 2008, in Evansville, Ind.

She worked on the family farm.

She was born July 11, 1956, in Eldorado, a daughter of Charles and Mary Louise (Leek) McKinnies.

The funeral was Wednesday at Watson Funeral Home in Eldorado with the Revs. John Gillmore and David Angelly officiating. Burial was at Raleigh Masonic Cemetery.

Survivors include a brother, Lee Roy McKinnies of Broughton; an uncle and aunt, Walter and Anna McKinnies of Broughton; aunts Merrell Simmons of Eldorado and Dorothy Biggerstaff of Missouri; and several cousins.

She was preceded in death by two uncles and one aunt.
